Invoicing Jobs & taking Payment


  1. Click on Tile 5 – SCHEDULED JOBS > click on any day listed for the client
  2. Click on the JOB button in the top right
  3. Click on the INVOICE button in the top right
  4. Click on CREATE INVOICE button at the bottom > press OK on any pop-up messages. (Any Deposits taken will automatically be applied to the invoice)
  5. To record payment, click on the PAYMENT button in the top right
  6. Select PAYMENT METHOD and press ADD NEW PAYMENT
  7. If a credit card needs to be processed, in the right panel click on AUTHORIZE.NET > enter card info and press MAKE PAYMENT
