Vonigo & Google Calendar 2-way integration



These steps only need to be done once and should be completed when signed into Vonigo on a desktop/laptop using Chrome browser.


  1. In Vonigo click on franchise on the left, (in green) click on routes, click on the route you want to integrate with google calendar, scroll down to Crews, click on the person you want and make that person an estimator, then click Assign Crews.
  2. In Vonigo click on your name in the top right, click on MY PROFILE
  3. Scroll down and expand the panel FRANCHISE SPECIFIC DATA
  4. Under the heading GOOGLE CALENDAR ROUTES INTEGRATION, check-mark the box next to your name and click on the button AUTHORIZE GOOGLE CALENDAR
  5. A pop-up window will appear to select/login to your Google account.
    1. Note: If you get a message that says "this app isn't verified" click on the ADVANCED link at the bottom of the message.  Then click on "Go to vonigo.com (unsafe)".  Proceed to Step 6.
  6. On the screen "vonigo.com wants to access your Google Account" click on the ALLOW button
  7. If the integration worked, you will see a message "Google calendar access granted successfully."


Note: you will get a confirmation email in your Gmail account titled "Security Alert - Project Default Service Account was granted access to your Google Account". This is to be expected and is a indication that you set up the integration using your Google service.
