How to transfer a job from Vonigo/PEP to ST


What do I do with the jobs already in Vonigo/PEP?

  1. Recreate the job in Service Titan.

    1. This ensures you will not be booked for other estimates by the Contact Center.

  2. Copy the existing job from the one that exists in PEP to the newly arrived one that came from Service Titan.

  3. After you’ve copied the existing job to the new one, the eBid will be sent back to Service Titan as an estimate. 


How to copy a job in PEP -  copying a job in Pep

  1. Start by selecting the client you want to copy the job for.

  2. Click Start a New Job and select the appropriate job type.

  3. Click the box for Copy Other Job

  4. Select the client for the job you want to copy, which is in this case the same client.

  5. Click the estimate you want to copy.

  6. The “Use Latest Rates” box is if you’ve made any updates to labor or material costs since the original estimate.

  7. Click Save and you will have an exact copy of the areas, items, and materials.

If the customer has already accepted the job

  • A new copy of the job needs to be made and accepted or else it will not appear in Service Titan. 

Before you click accept in PEP, go to Settings on the eBid page for that job and unclick “Send Thank You”. Click save.
