1. Click settings (the gear/wheel in the upper right-hand corner)

2. Click the link to the right to Configure your QuickBooks CoA

3. Scroll all the way to the bottom of this very long page, click "modify" on the right side

4. Ensure all subcategories in blue font under “Income”, which is in black font, are grayed out.

5. If all subcategories are not grayed out, move each subcategory up to the right side of the screen by clicking on the 6 dots and dragging, then dropping that subcategory where it says “Please Drop Here”

6. When done dragging and dropping, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, click "save" on the right side.

7. After the page refreshes, click the “Import Sales from QuickBooks” big green button on that page

8. Go to Finance, the moneybag on the green bar on the left side of your screen, click sales

9. Select a time period in the drop-down menu and click "continue"


This should map the CoA again or trigger the system to read the CoA
