Accessing the Knowledge Base
What is the Knowledge Base?
The Knowledge Base is a repository from Service Titan containing thousands of step by step guides and support articles from directly within the platform. ServiceTitan will recommend articles based on where you are in the system (Accounting, Call booking, Dispatch board, etc).

How to access the KB from within Service Titan
From any page on Service Titan, go to the far right side of the top bar and click on the ?
This will open a pop-out menu with options related to the page you’re currently on.
I.e. if you’re on the Accounting tab, you’ll see articles like “Overview of the invoicing process”
Additionally, there is a search bar where you can look up any topic.
After clicking on an article, it will fill the pop out menu with the relevant information.
There is an option to view the original article, which will open a new window with the Knowledge Base article.
If the article didn’t answer the question, you can click “Ask Support” on the bottom of the pop out menu to submit a question to a real person.
There will be three options: live chat, request a call back, and send email.
