How do I get alerts/ a confirmation email 


-Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Alerts, you can create a "booked job" alert that will send you an email and/or text every time either a job is booked for you by the Contact Center, or when you book a job for yourself. Furthermore, you can create alerts for every time a customer views and signs an online estimate, or an alert every time an estimate is sold. -- Creating Alerts



Creating Alerts Per Technician

First, you'll want to navigate to the technician's profile and remove a team if there is one assigned, then create a new team by typing the team name in the box. It's recommended to name the team the same as the technician. Then you'll be able to set up an alert for the technician team to go out to the tech.
