Notifications


Customer Notifications

  1. Go to Settings → Communications → Customer Notifications

  2. Check the boxes for each method you would like to use (text or email).

    1. Once you click into the specific notifications, you can edit the message the customer receives.



Reminder Notifications

  • You can also change the amount of time before an appointment that a customer gets an appointment reminder.

Booking Confirmation

  • You can enable automatic job confirmations that allow customers to respond to text messages to confirm they will be at the appointment.

Dispatch Notifications

  • You can enable a message to automatically go out to the customer letting them know that the painting crew has been dispatched.



Enable Text Messaging 

  1. Go to Settings → Your Account→ Register for Texting

  2. Enter your Employer Identification Number (EIN), company information, and business identifiers.

    1. This step and all these fields are required if you plan on having Service Titan text customers on your behalf.
