Q: I am trying to assign a managed tech but the system keeps erroring out that I am trying to assign it to an unmanaged tech. When I select Sold/Convert and select any of my managed techs, I get the error.

The original tech that gave the estimate is no longer an employee and his account has been deactivated 


A: Please can you try and go to the invoice then click on adjust split then add the managed tech which you want to sell the estimate with and make his sold hours 100% then try again
